Responsibilities:
Projects will be mostly related to factory buildings construction. Construction site supervisor will be responsible for:
* Managing more than 20 local construction workers.
* Receiving tasks from general manager and explaining it to the workers.
* Managing quality and cost control.
* Project process management.
* Safety management.
* Communicating with contractors and materials suppliers for ensuring smooth progress.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor`s degree in Architecture/Architectural engineering.
* Fluent Spanish language skills.
* At least intermediate English or/and Japanese language skills.
* At least 5 years of working experience in construction works.
* Experience in supervising construction works.
* Capability to read and understand construction plans and diagrams.
* 1 Full-time contract based positions is available. Contract extension will be considered.
