Responsibilities:

• To manage all civil department activities including the execution of necessary civil engineering and procurement tasks for all projects and to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and with the highest possible quality.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad.
• at least 10 years in an engineering environment covering a wide range of projects
• at least 5 years as a project Team Leader or Department Head supervising civil design.
• Good understanding of management, engineering, procurement and construction practices and a reasonably good knowledge of process industry.
• Pulp / Paper/Palm oil Refinery project experience and international work experience desirable.
