Responsibilities:

• Experience in Electrical, ACMV and Fire Protection System Installation, Design, Shop drawing preparation, Co-ordination, T / C in construction projects.
• Good Auto cad drawing drafting skills.
• Able to liaise with Consultants, Authorities, Builders and subcontractors.
• Able to guide and lead a team of in house work force.
• Good knowledge in extracting VO’s and preparing quotation.
• Computer literate in MS word, project, power point and excel.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good communication skills.
• Assist and supports the manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Site Building Construction (High Rise Building).
• With valid Philippine Driving License.
