Responsibilities:
- Provide Mechanical Engineering services to design, specify, and approve construction documents required for the construction of villas, high rise buildings, hotels and commercial complex.§ Interface with construction supervisors and vendors
- Function as the Lead Mechanical Engineer in the design and preparation of construction documents
- Provide technical direction to designers and drafters assigned to specific tasks
- Responsible for the quality and delivery of schematic and detailed designs
- Professional Engineering approval of work performed under direct supervision
- Thoroughly familiar with SMACNA, NFPA documents, and building codes
- Able to incorporate ‘green’ features into design solutions
- Familiarity and competence with the following:
- Use of electronic mail and Excel /Word software
- Familiar with Load Programs such as Trace 700
- Familiar with Hydraulic Calculation Programs such as Pipe Flo
- LEED
- Familiar with Auto CAD and BIM software
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Engineering Manager
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Doha.

- Education BS / MS / Phd. in Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience: 10 years (2 yrs in construction and 8yrs in Designer)
- Technical, S/w Knowledge Elite, E20, CAD (Preferred) / MS Office
